But, meh, &#8217;tis helping me practice this code type typing type thing type type-ity type.<\/h5>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>8floz sunflower oil<\/li>\n<li>6oz brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>2oz white sugar<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n<li>12oz self-raising flour<\/li>\n<li>7oz grated and drained sweet potatoes<\/li>\n<li>2 thumb sized pieces of ginger, grated<\/li>\n<li>zest and juice of 2 limes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ol>\n<li>Place the zest and juice of limes in a heavy bottomed pan. Reduce over a medium heat, until there is about a tablespoon of mushy green stuff remaining.Leave to cool.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, weigh out the sugars and oil. Mix well to make a gloopy, brown goo-type substance<\/li>\n<li>Add the other ingredients to this,mixing well. Add the flour last! Continue to fold the mixture for a few minutes, or use a hand mixer, to ensure plenty of air gets into the batter.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the batter into prepared tins, and bake in a pre-heated oven at 150*C,for around 45-50minutes, or until golden brown and a skewer comes out clean.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Decorate with an icing of your choice, but probably the limey one we use for carrot cakes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Something to do with Weekly Food Challenje??\u00a0 That we&#8217;ll, and by that I mean I&#8217;ll,probably never make again.
